Cascadian Red Ale
Late October – November
First we launch the hops with Apollo in the copper, then a massive charge of Cascade from the Pacific Northwest in the whirlpool. The third stage in this Cascadian Red Ale is to load the Hop Rocket with wholeflower Cascade hops. Finally we dry hop with more Cascade.
Light blue touch paper and stand well back. A true hop bomb!
