Booking Policy

We look forward to seeing you. Please note we are a cashless venue and take card payments only.  For more details click here.

  • If you have any special requests please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • We adhere to the Challenge 25 scheme and will ask customers who appear under the age of 25 to produce an acceptable form of ID.

  • All customers are asked to inform the staff to any allergies they may have at the point of ordering.
  • This is a working brewery and therefore there is strictly no unauthorised access to the production side of the brewery during customer visits. This is for our your own safety.

  • We have a policy in place not allowing any under 16s on site after 6pm; all those underage will be asked to leave at 6pm. Children need to be with their parents or guardians and supervised at all times. We consider ourselves and adult venue and therefore there are no play areas on site, and we do not have highchairs available.

  • The Dungeons & Flagons tabletop gaming room is designed for customers who wish to play the boardgames. If it is seen to be being used for anything other than this, we may relocate customers to a more suitable area of the tap room.

  • We work with third party street food vendors who supply our food after 12pm. We are proud to note the chefs serving the street food are some of the best around, many having either owned restaurants or trained in Michelin starred restaurants. Our cafe food is a simple offering served from the bar.

  • We like to ensure customers are waited upon and therefore offer table service for all drinks and street food. Customers can also make use of our QR code mobile ordering system if they prefer.

  • Our tap room is not well suited to offering service from the bar and we therefore prefer customers order from the table. Drinks and food will then be delivered to customers' tables once they have been prepared.

  • Booking durations must be honoured as our tables will often have other bookings afterwards. If you would like to extend a table booking please ask the team if this is possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • The tables have been carefully positioned and we therefore ask that they are not moved for any reason.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for any forms of rudeness or abuse towards our staff as well as all forms of anti-social behaviour.

  • These conditions are what we have determined to be suitable for Westerham Brewery and by ticking the box customers agree to abide by them while at the Brewery site.
