ALSACE BLONDE – FEBRUARY MONTHLY SPECIAL
Our second monthly special of 2014 – the World Cup Year – is Alsace Blonde, a pale ale made with Strisselspalt hops from the Alsace region of France. It is traditionally used in Alsatian lagers and is also found in the wonderful Belgian beer, Orval
The beer is brewed to 4% ABV with pale malt and light Munich malt. The beer is pale straw in colour and has a wonderful lemon sherbet flavour.
Alsace Blonde is the second of a range of World Beers we are brewing in 2014, culminating in the British Bulldog Gold and the Amazon Black during the World Cup itself.
We love celebrating the fantastic range of different beers from around the world, brewed with the wonderful hops grown around the world. For further details click here.
