Commonwealth Pale Ale
In this platinum jubilee year, two of the Commonwealth’s great brewing nations have
Combined to create a light amber fruit-driven pale ale using hops from three of its founding nations. Not only does this beer celebrate the longest erving monarch, but also the long-standing relationship between Robert Wicks, head brewer of Westerham Brewery, and Kelly Ryan, brewery manager at Boneface Brewing Co in Wellington NZ, who met when Kelly visited Robert back in 2006 looking for his first UK brewing role.
Fast forward to today, and both breweries have established themselves among the very best in their respective domains, consistently producing beers that are fit for a queen.
Cheers Ma’am!
