My Story
As brewers we are inspired to produce drinks that excite and delight. The Hoptimist is a small batch gin instilled with a wide range of botanicals often used by craft brewers in their beers. 9 Kent-grown hops from the Hop Garden of England were blended and infused to invoke the Spirit of Kent.
The result is a citrus forward gin, full of flavour.
Enjoy with a twist of lime peel.
The Hoptimist may louche (become cloudy) when ice or cold tonic are added, due to the insoluble botanical oils left unfiltered by the natural process.
