Audit Ale

Kentish Strong Ale - ABV 6.2%

Audit Ale is a Kentish Strong Ale brewed with Greensand aquifer water, 100% Kent bred and grown hops, and the same recultured yeast from the Black Eagle Brewery as was used to ferment Westerham Ales up until the brewery's closure in 1965.

Kentish Strong Ale is a Protected Food Name with Protected Geographical Indication.

Polykeg Serving Equipment Rental

You will require the correct equipment to serve Polykegs. We can provide Lindr Chiller machines to serve 1 or 2 polykegs at a time. Please contact the brewery directly on 01732 864 427 for more information.

Condition of Beer

Firkin Package

We can supply a stillage for the Cask, a tap to serve and a rubber mallet to broach the Cask. These must be returned by the customer to the Brewery for a refund within 30 days.
